Legal Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our client in the Financial Services sector, to work within their Legal, Compliance, FOI and Records Management Team. This is a temporary, hybrid role with offices based near the 3Arena in Dublin 1.
Role Summary The successful candidate will have a strong background in the management of administrative functions and demonstrate strong organisational skills in matters regarding transparency legislation in particular.
Duties & Responsibilities: Coordinate transparency legislation requests (FOI & AIE).Collaborate with the CIS Manager to manage the FOI Model Publication Scheme.Help ensure Parliamentary Questions (PQs) are processed on time and consistent with previous responses.Handle and draft responses to various Departmental queries.Support in monitoring the Information Email inbox.Knowledge & Experience Previous administrative experienceAbility to work to tight deadlinesIf you are interested in the above position and feel you meet the requirements, please send your CV to ******.
