Legal Collections Executive

Our Client, based in South Dublin, is hiring a legal collections executive to join their team. This role would suit someone with 0-1 years experience in collections/phone based work.

Duties:Maintain contact with arrears customers directly during the pre-litigation process to make all necessary repayment arrangements.Identify and understand customers' previous history and circumstances and make evaluations for the appropriate payment proposals.Maintain accurate records in the relevant systems.Ensure that cash collection activities meet the clients requirements by reducing debt.Regular phone calls to customer accounts, and management of delays and ensure effective communication with other departments.Maintain strong relationships with third parties.Liaise with Legal Executives and Solicitors in order to draft documentation for the recovery of property/debt.Other duties as required.Candidate Profile:Business, Law or related qualification is a plus.0-1 year experience in collections/phone based work.Good working knowledge of MS Office.Good team player.The ability to work well under pressure.A flexible approach to work and the ability to adapt to high volume work.If this role sounds like YOU, call US on 01 845 6302.
