Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide dedicated support and subject matter expertise to the LetsGetChecked Group legal function to ensure compliance with legal requirements and mitigate risk across the Group.Provide support and guidance to the business on a wide range of legal matters including commercial, corporate, HR & employment, litigation and dispute resolution, and intellectual property matters.Partner with stakeholders and business functions such as Product, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical and Marketing to ensure compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements and support business objectives.Conduct legal research and analysis and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.Liaise with external legal counsel and coordinate legal matters as needed.Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation, contracts, and records.Identify and support the development of template and standard form documentation, training materials and policy and procedure documents on relevant legal and business issues.ExperienceMinimum 3 years' post qualification experience as a solicitor in Ireland, preferably with a large/medium sized firm or in house legal team.General commercial and/or corporate background essential.Prior experience and familiarity with the legal and regulatory matters relevant to a digital health company is a plus.Additional Knowledge, Skills, and/or AbilitiesHighly developed interpersonal skills with an ability to work well with cross-functional teams in multiple jurisdictions.Self-motivator, independent, cooperative, agile, and creative.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and provide practical solutions.Strong business acumen with the ability to assimilate information effectively, think strategically and execute efficiently.Enjoys working in a fast paced, global organisation.Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent verbal and written communications skills.BenefitsHealth insurance and an Employee Assistance ProgrammeAnnual Compensation ReviewsFlexible annual leave policyFree monthly LetsGetChecked testsReferral bonus programmeInternal Opportunities and Careers ClinicsBike to work scheme - and secure bike storage onsiteMaternity, Paternity, Parental and Wedding leaveWhy LetsGetCheckedAt LetsGetChecked, we are revolutionizing healthcare by making it more accessible, convenient, and personalized.
