We are looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to join the Legal Team in our head office in Dublin 22.
This role represents an exciting opportunity to enjoy a broad range of work and provide support to the Group Legal Counsel for UK & Ireland.
The individual will work closely with colleagues across different departments within the Circet Group.
This role offers hybrid working with work from home twice a week and in the office three days per week.
Responsibilities: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts.
Support, develop and monitor compliance with data protection including conducting DPIAs and managing subject access requests.
Helping to formulate and implement training, policies and procedures.
Central management of legal database.
Assist with the management of litigation/disputes.
Conduct legal research regarding business decisions and operations.
Broader ongoing support on company secretarial and compliance issues.
Skills and Experience: Must be a qualified Lawyer with a minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Commercial Contracts.
Knowledge of GDPR related issues/ Data Protection qualification is desirable.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess legal risks and provide practical solutions.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, efficiency, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the capability to take ownership of responsibilities.
