Job Title : Aviation Lawyer
Location : Shannon, Ireland

Experience Level : 3+ years PQE
Overview :
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified lawyer to join a leading organisation in the aviation leasing industry.
This role focuses on providing legal support to a global sales and transaction team, particularly in the areas of cross-border engine leasing, acquisitions, sales, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities :
Draft and negotiate short-term leasing contracts, sales, and acquisition documentation.
Provide in-house legal advice and guidance on transaction execution and administration.
Manage legal risks, lease restructurings, repossessions, and associated litigation.
Work closely with senior management and other cross-functional international teams.
Requirements :
LLB or equivalent degree, qualified to practice law in England and/or Ireland.
At least 3 years' PQE, with specific experience in aviation leasing.
Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Skills :
Excellent legal and interpersonal skills, with a commercial mindset.
Strong attention to detail and risk management capabilities.
