Legal Executive (Litigation/ Commercial Litigation)We are currently recruiting for the role of Legal Executive (Litigation/ Commercial Litigation) on behalf of a Global Legal Firm.

Responsibilities: Assist with the management of commercial litigation cases, including preparing case files.Serve as a key point of contact for clients.Conduct detailed legal research on various aspects of commercial law.Draft and review legal documents.Coordinate and handle filings with courts or arbitration panels.Attend court hearings, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations.Oversee the discovery process, managing document requests, reviewing evidence, and coordinating with other parties to gather information.Work closely with partners, senior attorneys, paralegals, and other stakeholders day to day.Requirements: 8+ years experience within a Legal Executive role, ideally in Litigation or Commercial Litigation.Qualification or equivalent in Law/Legal Services.Strong communication and organization skills with proven stakeholder management skills.Keen analytic and administration skills necessary.About the job: Contract Type: Permanent
