Legal Executive

Busy mid-size law firm seeking a Legal Executive to support their Property and Probate team.This role will not suit candidates currently sitting, or planning to sit FE1 examinations. This role will suit candidates seeking to remain in Legal Executive work long-term. You will work with a friendly and supportive team with a Partner who is keen to provide you with excellent training across all areas of their practice. This is a fully onsite role based at their beautiful offices in the heart of Dublin 2. Duties in this role will include: Legal case management, updating files and progressing through the probate and conveyancing processes.Drafting correspondence to clients, following up with client queries and providing clients with case progression.Supporting Solicitors in the production of high quality documents.Carrying out legal research and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of relevant knowledge.Excellent training will be provided as part of this role. The right candidate will be someone who is eager to learn and who has some level of Legal Administration or Legal Executive experience. You will be a strong communicator with a demonstrated history of interacting with clients in a professional manner and in working in a busy team environment.
