THE TEAMThe team acts for some of the foremost institutional investors, lenders, developers, and retailers in the Irish market and around the world.Our lawyers are recognised across leading legal publications including Chambers and Legal 500.We have a strong culture of support and collaboration and, as a member of the team, you will be encouraged to contribute to business and practice development activities.Duties:Prepare and arrange registration of title documents including use of the Property Registration Authority website.Schedule and manage Title Documentation to include:Inbound document processing – sort and confirm receipt of deeds; chronologically sorting documents and cross-checking any included schedules; creating schedules in line with best practices and standardisation.Outbound documents processing – review of documents and preparation prior to sending to a third-party location; preparation of correspondence; updating Client Records Management system.Dealing with Banks/Councils/Government departments (NPPR etc.)/Vendor/Purchaser Solicitors.Access Land Direct/PRA and other firm-approved websites for searching purposes.Dealing with post-registration PRA queries.Co-ordinate data room / digital site creation and management.Conduct legal research to provide informed advice to clients regarding property-related issues, case law, and regulatory changes.Assist Legal PAs and fee earners with ad-hoc tasks.Utilise the Cube on all administrative tasks, taking ownership to ensure tasks are completed and delivered to fee earners in a timely and accurate way.Delegate appropriate tasks to Document Production including pitch and tender documents, conversion and amendment of legal documents and transcripts.Demonstrate technical competency in order to support fee earners, identify and address knowledge gaps to fulfil all elements of the role.Adhere to the firm's risk and compliance policies and procedures and raise any issues or queries promptly with the relevant Partner and/or Risk and Compliance.Successfully complete, on time, all compulsory firm training and return all complaints and claims questionnaires.The Candidate:Competent use of all Microsoft Office packages.One year's experience (or equivalent) gained within a comparable environment and at an appropriate level is desired.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.Proven experience of exemplary customer service.Detail-focused and experience of working in a fast-paced office environment.Adopt a consultative and thorough approach to tasks.Have enthusiasm, resilience, and ambition to find solutions to problems.Remain calm and optimistic in time-sensitive situations or under pressure.Experience of prioritising a substantial and diverse workload within strict deadlines desirable.Experience of working with document management/case management systems beneficial.Demonstrable commitment to exceeding expectations and goals.Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.If this Legal Executive vacancy sounds like you, call Orla on 01 8456312 for details.
