Legal Officer

The Legal Officer will work closely with the CCO to develop and maintain a companywide legal and compliance framework which will support the company's interests in several geographic locations. You will be responsible for negotiating and representing the firm's legal and compliance obligations with key suppliers, vendors, and partners to support the sustainable scaling of the business.
You will be required to develop, implement, maintain, and monitor the customer and supplier contractual and compliance activities. You will engage with customers and suppliers to negotiate legal terms so that the firm's interests are protected.
You will ensure that the firm's revenue is contracted in an accurate, timely, and complete manner. This will be achieved in part through the creation and management of systems, processes, and reporting and will facilitate and track the generation and completion of contracts as appropriate.
You will be the first contact for queries regarding our contract documentation and will be the custodian of these templates. The role will ensure that each unit of the firm follows all applicable laws and regulations related to their services and activities.
