Legal Pa - Aviation Finance

Large Irish firm seek an experienced Legal PA to support Solicitors within the Aviation Finance team.
As part of a busy secretarial staff of four, you will carry out duties for approximately 20 fee-earners and when needed also assist the wider Banking Department.
This firm has a top-class reputation and consistently perform at the highest level.
This role will not suit candidates currently undertaking, or planning to undertake FE1 examinations. The role will involve:
Document preparation – making amendments, redlining, retracting.Complex billing, updating WIP and liaising with finance on payments.Client onboarding, conflict checks and opening matters.Updating and maintaining client database and contact lists.This role will suit someone who has previously worked in a similar role in a mid-size or large firm.
Experience required includes:
