Legal PA Banking/Aviation Finance Top Tier Firm Profile We are seeking a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Aviation Finance team who act for leading domestic and international clients.The PA will be responsible for providing an end-to-end legal secretarial service.
This is an ideal role for a high organised and enthusiastic PA who enjoys working with a broad spectrum of people across an organisation.
The role will include:
Managing travel and accommodation requirements for partners and other team members
Taking ownership of monthly invoicing ensuring accurate compliance with client requirements
Liaising with clients on invoicing queries and outstanding invoices
Assisting with client on-boarding
Accurate typing and production of emails and documents
Supporting business development administration including internal and external committees
Diary and email management including proactive monitoring and taking action where needed
Managing expenses on behalf of allocated staff Skills and Attributes
The ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a PA supporting senior staff in a professional services environment
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint and excel with ability to deliver high quality, accurate work
A post-leaving certificate qualification e.g.
a diploma/certificate in secretarial studies however, relevant work experience will be considered in lieu
A high level of integrity, discretion, and trust with confidential information
Adaptable approach to work, and proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Desire and ability to work as part of a PA team supporting partners and others
