Legal Pa - Commercial Property

Providing full support in this busy practice, you will be working closely with a team of Real Estate Solicitors who are responsible for offering an array of services to clients including assisting with the purchase and sale of property; high volume development matters; commercial property transactions; leasing and providing property related advice.
Your duties will include: File management including assisting with Conveyancing filesDiary managementPreparation and editing of documentation and correspondence (using track changes)Monthly billingConducting searches and enquiriesAd hoc duties as requiredThis role will suit an experienced Property Legal Secretary (min 3-4 years) with prior experience in a large commercial law firm, who thrives in a busy team.
A flexible approach, "can-do" attitude and sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is a must, as is fast and accurate typing.
