Legal Pa-Corporate

Link Personnel are hiring a Legal PA. This role will be supporting 2 Partners (one part time) and 3 other fee earners in the Corporate Department of this Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. With a hybrid set-up, the successful candidate will be offered an excellent salary and benefits.

The Role: Drafting, amending, and preparing correspondence and documentation to a high standard, in accordance with house style and to tight deadlines.Client invoicing – drafting narratives, preparing reports, and tailoring to client specifications through e-billing.Maintaining and archiving files – hard and soft copy.Organising travel arrangements.Diary management.Other secretarial, administrative, and ad hoc tasks and projects, as requested.Inputting and reporting on Business Development data in their Interaction CRM system.Compiling Business Development documentation for new client meetings.The Candidate: 2-3 years of relevant experience.Strong MS Office skills and good typing speed.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills; the ability to manage a busy workload and meet client needs on a consistent basis.Experience working with Document Management and Billing Systems.Good experience with Digital Dictation systems.A very high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
