This highly regarded law firm seeks an energetic Legal PA with a positive outlook to join their established and highly successful M&A department.Hybrid working environment Support a Partner and members of her team, you will have the opportunity to work on interesting regulatory matters across such industries as technology, healthcare, gaming and cosmetics.
This is a high performing team and our client would like to source an upbeat, dynamic and proactive legal secretary which would perfectly suit the Partner and this practice group.
Duties include: Diary and email managementMeeting and travel arrangementsClient relationship managementElectronic and hard filingOpening and closing mattersPreparation of documentation, correspondence and reports (including edits using track changes & version control)To be considered for this role, you must have at least 3 years' experience as a Legal PA in another commercial/corporate team in a transactional focused area of law. Experience working at Partner level in another top tier law firm will be highly regarded.
