Legal Pa - Real Estate

Leading Irish law firm are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis.
This is an urgent requirement for this firm and they will seek to meet with candidates quickly.Hybrid role with some flexibility upon successful completion of probation.Offices in Dublin 2 – close to Luas, Bus and DartExcellent company culture Duties of this role will include: Billing – preparing invoices, WIP management and tracking of accounts.PA style duties including diary management, meeting booking, expenses.Inbox management.Production of legal documents – dictations, typing, formatting etc.Maintaining accurate client files and database.
