Legal Pa - Real Estate

Leading Irish law firm are currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal PA to join them on a permanent basis. This is an urgent requirement for this firm and they will seek to meet with candidates quickly.
Hybrid role with some flexibility upon successful completion of probation.Offices in Dublin 2 – close to Luas, Bus and Dart.Excellent company culture.Duties of this role will include: Billing – preparing invoices, WIP management and tracking of accounts.PA style duties including diary management, meeting booking, and expenses.Production of legal documents – dictations, typing, formatting, etc.Maintaining accurate client files and database.Suitable candidates for this role will have: Minimum two years' experience working as a Legal Secretary / Legal PA in a Property team.Strong working knowledge of commercial client billing software and procedures.If you meet this criteria and are interested in moving role as we enter the Autumn, please submit your CV for consideration to Sarah Ryan today.
