We are currently recruiting for the role of Legal Personal Assistant on behalf of a Law Firm
Legal Personal Assistant On site for probation period, thereafter 3 days on site/2 from home
Dublin City Centre based
40,000 to 46,000 plus benefits

Responsibilities: Support 2 Directors with day to day requirementsManage all elements of Diary, Travel and Inbox coordinationOversee events coordination and general administrationManage all elements of billing of hours and expense loggingCreate necessary reports, presentations etc.Act as gate keeper to DirectorsManage phones and emails where necessaryRequirements: Experience in a Legal Personal Assistant role, preferably within a large firmIdeally proven experience in a fast paced role, with a highly dynamic roleKeen sense of organisation and communication, with strong stakeholder managementRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
