Legal Receptionist | 30-35K | Dublin South This role is in a fast passed environment with a busy reception which will involve carrying out dictation, scanning post and sending post on behalf of your direct reports, greeting/answering clients. A high attention to detail is needed as well as organisation skills. This roles in fully on-site from 9-5:30 pm.
**This role requires you to have experience in dictation** Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.Manage the office calendar and schedule appointments.Carrying out dictationClient Interaction: Assist clients with inquiries and provide information about the firm's services.Ensure clients are comfortable while waiting for their appointments.Always maintain confidentiality of client information.Administrative Support: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.Prepare and send outgoing mail, including legal documents.Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.Document Management: Assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying legal documents.Ensure all documents are properly filed and stored according to office protocols.Help with the preparation and formatting of legal documents and correspondence.Office Supplies and Equipment: Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the front desk is well-stocked.Ensure office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) is functioning properly and arrange for repairs as needed.Team Support: Provide administrative support to lawyers and paralegals as needed.Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the office manager or legal team.Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.This is an excellent opportunity for a legal candidate looking to join a well-established company, where your work and input is acknowledged and valued and where you will progress in your career.
