An Irish law firm located in Dublin 2 is currently seeking an experiencedLegal Secretary to join their Commercial Property Team.
This is a permanent full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic team within a firm experiencing significant growth and success.
The role involves coordinating sales and purchase documents on behalf of clients, liaising with clients through the process, and supporting the Partners.
The ideal candidate will have worked in a Property team within a law firm, if they have any experience in new home developments it would be advantageous.
This is an ideal environment for a motivated individual looking to advance their career in the legal sector.
This role is fully onsite in their offices in Dublin 2.
Across the firm, there is a strong array of committees and social and sporting activities resulting in an excellent company culture.
Key Responsibilities Managing sales and purchases on behalf of clients.
Maintaining files on the Practice Management System (Practice Evolve).
Corresponding with clients - both domestic and international.
Organising and gathering necessary documentation including NPPR Certs, Affidavits, Declarations.
PRSA registrations.
Preparation of document bibles.
Supporting Partners with mortgage and loan procedures.
Archiving files and deeds post-deal completion.
Essential requirements for this role include: Minimum two years' experience as a Legal Secretary in a Property Team.
Strong IT skills - including experience using MS Office, and Case Management software.
