A small Legal practice in Dublin 12 requires a Legal Administrator / Legal Secretary to join their team.This role is supporting the Principal whose work is primarily focused on family law and probate. There will also be occasional work in conveyancing. This role would suit someone living in the area who is looking to move away from a daily commute into the City Centre. You will have steady hours, a lovely team, and a manageable but busy workload!
This role will not suit candidates who are sitting, or planning to sit, FE1 examinations. Permanent role9am-5pm Monday – Thursday, 4pm finish on FridayParking in the areaDuties of this role will include: Greeting clients in person, answering all incoming callsLiaising with clients, solicitors, counsel, and other third partiesCreating, amending, and formatting letters and legal documents with a high degree of accuracyCopying, scanning, filing, general adminRecording incoming and outgoing postDiary Management/arranging appointmentsFile ManagementAd hoc general office tasks as requiredRequirements: 2+ years experience as a Legal Secretary / Legal Administrator / Office administrator with very strong typing experienceExceptional MS Word skillsProfessional telephone manner and strong communication skillsExcellent audio and copy typing skills - 50 WPM minimum
