Legal Secretary - Litigation

A lovely opportunity has opened for an experienced Legal Secretary to support a Partner working in commercial and civil litigation. This is a position with strong concentration on document production, typing and providing administrative support to the Partner and their clients.
Fully onsite role in Dublin 2 – close to St Stephen's Green.9am – 5.30pm with one hour lunch break.Friendly work environment with a supportive team.In this role your duties will include: Preparation of legal documents including briefs, booklets, and discovery materials.Updating files on the case management system – Keyhouse.Typing / digital dictation - strong typing speeds required.Maintaining client files.Scheduling meetings and hearings with clients, witnesses, Counsel and other relevant individuals.For consideration for this role you will ideally have: 2+ years' experience as a Legal Secretary with experience in Litigation.Experience using Keyhouse.Strong typing speeds – 60WPMExperience preparing legal documents and liaising with clients.This is an important and urgent hire for this team, they are hoping to find the right person for them ASAP!
