Legal Secretary – LitigationDublin 2PermanentOur Client is a Leading Law Firm and is hiring a Legal Secretary/Administrator. This is a great opportunity to join a busy team in a responsible and time-sensitive role with the debt and enforcement division of the Firm. This will suit a candidate with 2-3 years of experience who would like to settle and progress with the team, possibly with some Debt Recovery or Mortgage Litigation experience. Please note this role is for a Career Legal Secretary therefore won't suit candidates pursuing FE 1's. Salary: to €38K Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, Bonus, Income Protection, Annual Review, 1 day wfh. The Role: Supporting a team of solicitors and legal executives, assisting in all aspects of debt recovery and mortgage litigation case administration;Working in a collaborative manner with the team, sharing knowledge and know-how.Processing case documentation from initial instructions through to conclusion.Pro-actively managing court lists (including liaising with counsel and other side about court dates and adjournments).Processing some basic billing (training will be provided).Tracking activity and producing reports as required.The Candidate: You have legal administration experience and are able to deal with a high volume workload;You ideally have debt recovery and mortgage litigation experience;You have excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail;You are highly reliable and conscientious with a very professional manner.You have good systems skills.If this Legal Secretary vacancy sounds like you, call Orla on 01 8456312 for details.
