Our client is looking for an experienced Legal & Transaction Manager for their Dublin office to oversee critical aircraft and engine deals, leasing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage high-impact aircraft and engine acquisitions, leases, and sales.Draft, review, and finalise essential legal documents, including leases and sale agreements.Ensure full compliance with Irish legal and regulatory standards.Oversee and manage intercompany financial transactions and loan agreements.Qualifications: 5-7 years of legal experience, ideally within the aircraft leasing sector.Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
