Leinster Appointments is currently recruiting for a Planning Officer in Dublin 24.
This is a permanent, full time role.
Salary is negotiable depending on the candidates' experience.
Pension, health insurance and car will be part of the package Some work from home will be available after probation period Main duties: Management of a range of planning application projects for various developments including extraction, manufacturing, and waste developments Management of consultants involved in the preparation of planning applications, waste licences trade discharge licences Reviewing and editing technical reports in relation planning applications, EIAR, AA, waste licence applications, trade discharge Advising on planning compliance within the company Main requirements: Planning or related 3rd level qualification Experience /knowledge of the Irish planning system and EIA regulations Good report writing skills Strong organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
