Key Requirements: Must be available Monday-Sunday Highly motivated with a positive attitude Strong communication, leadership, time management and organisational skills Reception experience desirable Main Duties: To great, welcome and register all guests who are to using the Leisure Centre.
General duties to include telephone answering, filing, use of PA system, selling accessories, imputing data on computer systems.
To handle general enquiries and questions regarding the hotel and services available locally.
To follow impeccably and exactly all procedures related to cash handling and processing charges to guests accounts.
To comply with all standards of operation of the club.
To ensure that high standard of cleanliness is maintained in your area of work.
To have a full knowledge of all products in the department, of all club facilities, services and opening hours and to give tours efficiently to potential members.
