Leisure Duty Manager

Swimming Pool Duty Manager We're seeking an experienced manager to lead a team of 20 staff and manage business operations, in conjunction with the management team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage staff, ensuring weekly and monthly rosters are issued in a timely manner and reflect business needs.
Manage bookings with key responsibility for swimming pool bookings.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety guidelines.
Manage all business requirements in conjunction with two other managers.
Qualifications: Third level degree required.
Excellence IT skills required including computer software packages, Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Relevant work experience is advantageous but not essential or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Excellent communication / interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and energetic with the ability to integrate quickly into a team environment.
Demonstrated flexible and innovative approach to work.
The role requires shift work Mon to Sun with the weekend roster on rotation.
The roster covers our opening hours from 7am to 10pm Mon to Fri and 8am to 7pm Saturday and Sunday.
