Lex Consultancy Ltd | Senior Legal Pa - €50-55K

International firm are seeking a highly experienced Legal PA.
This role works closely with the Head of Department in a very fast-paced practice area.
Salary €50,000-€55,000 / full benefits package including health insurance and pension contribution.
Hybrid role upon successful passing of probation three days in the office.
Beautiful location in the heart of Dublin 2.
You will have worked in Commercial Litigation in a top Irish or International firm and be able to hit the ground running in all aspects of the role including: Diary / travel / inbox management including complex meeting coordination and itinerary preparation.
File management - matter opening, CDD checks, letters of engagement.
Complex billing including drafting narratives, management of balances and invoice preparation.
Management of WIP for fee-earners across department.
Preparation of court documents including pleadings and letters of advices.
The ideal candidate for this role will have: Minimum 4 years experience as a Legal PA in a large, commercial firm.
Experience will ideally be in commercial litigation or disputes.
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office suite and Legal Billing Software.
