Liberty Recycling | Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse supervisor/ team leader based in Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling, sorting, and storage of goods.
This can be a physically demanding role, particularly involving the sorting of clothing in tubs weighing up to 60kg to 70kg.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and lead approx 20 warehouse staff to meet daily operational targets.
Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Handle heavy loads and assist with manual sorting of products.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory/ team leader role.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Manual handling.
Forklift operation experience.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the role.
What We Offer: A range of €35k - €40k depending on experience.
