Develop training courses, material, as well as 'on-demand' courses, to meet customer needs Evaluate and modernise existing training courses and material Investigate and develop tools and packages to deliver training Liaise with internal departments to develop and maintain knowledge of products and gather content, keeping up to date on new developments Promote and market Liebherr brand, products, and services Work with Liebherr global network of Mixed Sales Companies (MSC) and Training Hubs to promote and develop business opportunities Develop and maintain KPI and targets Evaluate and monitor competition Maintain a customer focused approach Maintain accurate records for activity, work completed, ensuring deadlines are maintained Ensure quality, environmental and Health & Safety standards are always maintained Contribute to Continuous Improvement and Quality Management Any other duties and tasks as may be assigned from time to time Qualifications, experience & competencies Qualifications & experience NFQ level 5 technical qualification and / or experience in a similar role as a technical editor.
Experience working on container handling cranes an advantage.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
