Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd | Head Of Maintenance Contracts

Details of the offer

Key elements of the role Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following.
Manage and develop the maintenance contract team.
Support sales department for new crane tenders, requiring a maintenance contract.
Support the customer service teams to coordinate and manage maintenance contracts.
Cooperate with engineering and documentation departments to develop the current recommended maintenance for container handling cranes, incl.
soft applications, predictive maintenance, etc.
Collaborate with our global mixed sales companies to manage and deliver maintenance contracts.
Business development and project management.
Establish customer focused KPI to monitor and improve overall customer experience.
Global travel as required to meet customers, 3rd parties and Liebherr mixed sales companies.
Contribute to continuous improvement and improving the customer experience.
Qualifications, experience & competencies Qualifications & experience NFQ level 7 or higher, mechanical or electrical qualification and/or suitable extended work experience in a related role.
Experience working on container handling cranes an advantage.
Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
Prior experience in a customer focused environment an advantage.
Competencies Planning and organising.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate and interact with team members, management, and customers.
Customer orientated.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Proactive attitude.
Flexibility to self-learn and improve.
Have a careful, conscientious, and methodical approach.
