With offices in Clonmel, Co Tipperary and Dublin 2 Mortgage Horizons Ltd is one of Irelands top mortgage brokers.
This role is to be based in our Clonmel office full-time.Due to increased demand within the business we are looking for customer focused individuals who will work to ensure our customers have an excellent experience in their interaction with doddl.

Key skills are the ability to interact with others in a busy environment and to work well as part of a team.Duties to include Manage a pipeline of life assurance clients from new enquiryCarrying out a review of clients needs and requirements with regard to new and existing clients.
Identify the needs and objectives of the client and provide best advice based on information gathered and research conductedProviding advice to clients on protection cover, specified illness and income protection productsPreparation of quotations, compliance documents for new business clientLiaising with clients re quotations provided on products to ensure they have an understanding of products proposed and reason whyMonitoring of sales and business pipeline ensuring.
Providing a high level of support and customer service to new existing business customers ensuring they are aware throughout process of engagement of statusManage a wide range of queries from our customers and insurers by both phone and emailContribute to the growth of our business as well as retention of existing businessMeet compliance standards for role ensuring full compliance with all internal and external regulatory, operational and administrative proceduresEnsure the interests of clients and the integrity of the market is at the centre of the way you do businessTreat clients fairly at all timesAct in a compliant and ethical manner at all times Skills and Knowledge: QFA qualification or working towards is essentialExperience working with external provider portalsExperience managing a portfolio of clients and updating CRM systemsStrong aptitude for technology and new systemsExcellent time managementExcellent numeracy and literacy skillsAn excellent telephone mannerExcellent attention to detail, communication & people skillsHighly self-motivated & ability to work on own initiativeExperience in working in a fast pace, busy office environment Advantageous:Knowledge of Anti Money Laundering requirements and compliance procedures.
