Job DescriptionProvide Administration Support to a team of Financial Advisors
Vetting, Processing and inputting large volumes of New Business Applications onto our CRM Database systemManagement of existing Client DatabaseDealing with Client QueriesLiaising with Product Providers on a daily basis in relation to client's policiesProviding a sales support function to our team of over 50 Financial advisorsManage incoming phone calls and emailsThe CompanyIrish Pensions & Finance are an established pension brokerage working exclusively with the public sector.We have over 28,000 clients and run over 140 Group AVC Schemes.We require an ambitious, career-driven Life & Pensions Administrator to join our team.The Successful CandidatePrevious experience working in an Administrative role, preferably in a Financial Services roleThe ability to meet deadlines & KPIs in a fast moving and demanding environmentWork well under pressure, with strong attention to detail and be good at multi-tasking.Answer all incoming calls in a professional and timely mannerComputer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, use of CRM systems.Excellent Communications and Customer Service SkillsCustomer focused and drivenTeam player with attention to details and an ability to work on own initiativeThis role provides an ideal opportunity to develop a successful career in the Financial industry.The PackageFull Training / Support for QFA exams.Starting salary of €30,000 per annum plus bonuses (OTE €32k).Career path and progression opportunities for the right personEntrance to company pension scheme & life cover scheme after 1 year.Apply NowJob Type: Full time
