LSC have a great contract opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join a South Dublin based Biopharmaceutical company that specializes in secondary manufacturing activities such as Formulation, Fill Finish and Packaging.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: This is a Senior Project Manager position.
The candidate would be responsible for scoping, managing and delivering projects up to €10m in value.
The candidate would be expected to run the projects with some strategic guidance from their manager/peers but have the ability to work independently for the most part.
It is very important that the candidate has experience running projects - that could be either for another pharmaceutical company (or similar), a design house or a contractor.
They will be leading a multi-departmental team to execute the project, so will need the soft skills to manage people, particularly when they are not direct reports.
Construction and/or process equipment specification/qualification experience would be very beneficial.
It is critical for this individual to understand that Safety, Quality and Compliance are our highest priorities in how we manage and perform our work.
The Senior Project Manager will lead project teams and interact across functional and site department groups to achieve project objectives.
These capital projects could include new builds, facilities/utilities system and/or equipment lifecycle replacements, upgrades, manufacturing improvements and changes to support New Product Introductions.
With minimal guidance, the candidate will lead all aspects of their project(s): Safety, planning, cost, schedule, risk, communications, resources, team dynamics and performance, implementation, monitoring, completion and follow-up.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Relevant Experience?
Typically,?5+ years project management/engineering experience, preferably in the biotechnology industry / aseptic pharmaceutical environment Proven project management experience from project inception through to handover Note: Are you currently eligible to work in Ireland?
As this is a contract opportunity you will need to hold a Stamp 1G/Stamp 4 visa to apply!
