Ocean Fitness is looking for a Lifeguard to join the team, full time with full flexibility to work both morning and evenings.
As a lifeguard you will ensure members and hotel guests are safe when they are in our pool area.
Must hold either a Irish Water Safety or RLSS pool lifeguard cert.
Key responsibilities: To supervise and monitor the pool deck area, including the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and changing room areas to ensure that all areas are kept in a safe and hygienic manner and that all equipment is being used correctly and safely.
To carry out effective cleaning of all areas in accordance with the cleaning schedules.
To maintain all equipment in a workable and functioning condition by reporting maintenance issues as they arise.
To attend training sessions & meetings as required.
To ensure that all company standards of performance are consistently adhered to.
To comply with Company regulations regarding fire, health and safety, hygiene, customer care and security.
To read, understand and carry out your responsibilities as defined in the Health & Safety Statement and Staff Handbook During certain periods, you may be asked to carry out duties in other areas of the hotel To perform other duties as assigned to you by management to meet business needs.
