Director of Infrastructure & Sustainability (Healthcare) Joining the leadership team in this new role as Director of Infrastructure & Sustainability you will oversee the strategic and operational management of infrastructure, support services, and sustainability initiatives to ensure the organisation continues to deliver high-quality services in an efficient, future-focused manner.
Working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to drive key initiatives your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic infrastructure plans, managing property acquisitions, overseeing facilities and fleet management, and leading health and safety operations.
You will also play a critical role in the organisations IT strategy, ensuring systems are secure, processes are optimised, and data protection regulations are upheld.
A core element of this position is to define and execute the companys Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.
This involves setting measurable sustainability targets to reduce the organisations carbon footprint while ensuring sustainable growth and compliance with regulatory standards.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex infrastructural projects, delivering operational efficiencies, and leading cross-functional teams.
A background in business administration, engineering, operations management, or a related field is essential, along with a minimum of five years of hands-on experience in general management.
Demonstrable skills in influencing, problem-solving, and delivering on strategic goals are crucial, as is a commitment to fostering a culture of safety, quality, and sustainability.
