Lithographic Printer - Limerick

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lithographic printer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operating a 5-color plus coater B2 format printing press without an assistant, with a focus on delivering high-quality results at high speeds. Role and responsibilities: Demonstrate proficiency in running a 5-color plus coater B2 press without an assistant. Ensure optimal performance and efficiency of the printing press. Operate the press at high speeds to maximize productivity. Maintain consistent quality and accuracy at all speeds. Conduct regular quality inspections throughout the print run. Record and document all quality checks and results. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks on the press. Ensure the press is well-maintained and in optimal working condition. Input and update production data on the company's MRP system. Maintain accurate records of all print jobs and related information. Work in accordance with all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Contribute to a positive and productive work environment. Assist with other tasks and duties as needed to support the production team. Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities. Ideal Candidate: Minimum 3 years of experience operating a 5-color plus coater B2 printing press. Proven track record of delivering high-quality print results at high speeds. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Proficient in using MRP systems and recording production data.
