We are a busy and growing Health Law and Litigation Practice looking for great people to join our team.
We are currently looking for a Legal Assistant.
Main Responsibilities: Monitoring the legal mailboxBeing a point of contact on behalf of the legal team internally and externallyAssist with routine legal queriesAssist with research on casesUndertake ad hoc projects as requestedUpkeep of the firm's standard legal documentation and templatesLiaising with various stakeholders regarding legal mattersSkills and Attributes: Attention to detail is essential to this roleSelf-motivated and works off own initiativeStrong communication (both verbal and written)Problem solverIT literate and willing to adopt new platforms; prior knowledge of Microsoft Office and Practice Evolve will be beneficialAbility to multi-task, manage time effectively, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentKnowledge of technology and IT-relevant legal problems and recent developmentsExperience building relationships and communicating with clients and experts when requiredComfortable taking instruction and working within the parameters of a teamLegal experience is an advantage for this roleReward and Benefits: Our reward and benefits are designed to create an environment where our people can excel.
