Litigation Legal Executive - Mid-Sized Firm

Details of the offer

Busy mid-sized law firm with offices in Dublin 2 are recruiting a permanent Legal Executive to support the Litigation department.
This person will work closely with the Managing Partner and one Senior Associate.
The team work with both commercial and private clients across many areas of litigation including: probate, debt collection, personal injury and employment.
This is a permanent role based fully onsite, not far from Leeson St / St Stephens Green.
It is important to note that this role will not suit candidates seeking a training contract.
Day to day duties of this role will include: File opening.
Preparing correspondence.
Liaising with clients, experts and other relevant partiesto arrange meetings.
Preparation of briefs tocounsel.
Preparation of court documents, folders and booklets.
Suitable candidates for this role will have: 2+ years experience as a Legal Executive / Legal Administrator / Legal Secretary in a law firm of any size.
Experience working with documents related to any aspect of litigation.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.
Experience using Evolve or any other CMS is an advantage.
