The Company: An established agricultural farming estate business in Ireland.
The Job Role: A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Livestock Farm Estate Manager to join a growing and ambitious agricultural business.
You will be part of a reputable company, where you will be managing all aspects of a working, organic and sustainable farm, whilst also managing finances, supporting the recruitment and management of the team effectively and being the face of the stunning country estate to welcome visitors and share your passion for the sector.
Location: Ireland Salary Package: €70,000 - €90,000 + accommodation + benefits Benefits: Homely accommodation whether single, a couple or a family.

Key Responsibilities: You will lead and manage the evolution of this well-funded, progressive agricultural operation which consists of a working livestock farming estate, focused on sustainable and organic farming.
The farm estate is set within the world-renowned arable countryside.
Maintain a consistent presence on farm and a commitment to leading from the field as much as the office.
You will be the face of the estate to meet with visitors who you will share your passion and knowledge with.
You will bring and share new ideas to support the growth and development of the estate.
You will lead on business management including P&L, people and implementing strategic initiatives in-line with stakeholder objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive and data-driven business plans Reporting into the CEO, manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to ensure the profitability and financial sustainability of the enterprise.
Embrace and apply progressive farm management techniques, tools and data to achieve environmental, operational and commercial objectives.
Lead and mentor a team of skilled farm operatives, providing guidance, training, and support to maximise productivity, personal development and performance.
Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards across all farm operations.
Foster positive relationships among the team and with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and ensure the seamless functioning of the farm business.
Stay abreast of ongoing changes across the agricultural space, subsidy frameworks, and regulatory requirements to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) progress against budgets and plans.
Candidate Skills and Requirements: You will have a passion for being out on the farm and will demonstrate a 'hands on' approach.
You will have a creative and entrepreneurial mindset by bringing and sharing new ideas to support with the development and growth of the farm estate.
A strong communicator who will enjoy speaking with visitors and educating them on the farm estate.
You will be passionate about providing a top-quality service, whilst always demonstrating honesty and integrity in everything you do.
A keen interest in animal welfare.
While being a seasoned manager of a farming business operation with a strong financial skillset, you will be the type of person who doesn't want to lose touch with their practical farming roots.
You will be rooted in progressive, sustainable farm practices and will also have a strong interest in crop production.
Bachelor's degree in Farm Business Management or a related discipline preferred.
Proven experience in farm /estate management, with a track record of success in overseeing and diversifying agricultural enterprises.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards common goals.
Exceptional financial acumen and business management skills, with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
Ability to draw appropriately upon modern farm techniques and adopt a data-informed approach.
In-depth knowledge of agricultural practices, crop production and agronomy.
Commitment to and working knowledge of sustainability, environmental stewardship, and ethical farming practices.
