We have an opportunity for a permanent Brand Manager to join the Centra team in local marketing. As a key member of the marketing team the purpose of the Brand Manager role is to grow the business through the execution of commercial plan and to contribute to developing the brands with clarity, innovation, and passion. Key responsibilities of the role include:
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and peer Brand Managers to amplify locally (and by region / retailer and / or store) the national commercial plan to the highest outcomes ensuring consistency and clarity of message across all elements.Build, forge and sustain strong relationships with our retail partners to proactively create excellent responsive local marketing plans to drive commercial and brand performance.Work closely with the Centra sales team including the Territory Managers, Regional Managers and Regional Support Managers to execute the best local marketing plans.Work closely with the digital / social team to leverage these channels and increasingly digitise local marketing assets in line with the brand agenda.Demonstrate thought leadership showing practical and innovative thinking.Apply fresh thinking and a natural desire to generate creative ideas to optimise outcomes.Work with various cross functional teams as well as various third party / agencies to deliver key business objectives.Plan / campaign development, execution, measurement and reporting, ensuring the best return for investment.All level stakeholder management.Specifically: Local strategy and planning – amplify national plans and proactively drive regional and individual store performances via local marketing plans.Relationship management – nurture and grow these across all key stakeholders.Digital first – expand local retailer communications via digital and social marketing in conjunction with the digital team and in line with overarching media strategy for the brand.The successful candidate will possess the following: 5+ years of delivering strong results as part of a dynamic marketing team.A third level Marketing or Business qualification.Full Drivers Licence and access to a car.A proven ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic innovative environment.An ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, possess strong presentation and organisational skills.Ability to work on one's own initiative or as part of a team to achieve the organisational business objectives and Values.An interest and passion for food, food trends and food production would be desirable.Need to be creatively strong and demonstrate a sharp understanding and passion for the latest trends in food and effective consumer communications.Musgrave is an equal opportunities employer. Musgrave operates a Work Smart hybrid working model where you can alternate your time between connecting and collaborating in the business and working remotely. Occasional business travel to other locations will also be required for this position.
