Administrator My client a manufacturing dynamic company dedicated to providing top-notch services/products to their valued customers.
They pride themselves on commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
As they expand, they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their team.
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, efficient, and capable of handling multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
This role involves managing various administrative duties, including creating invoices, handling purchase orders (POs), addressing customer queries, and booking couriers.
Responsibilities: Invoice Management: Create and manage invoices using Sage software, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
Purchase Orders (POs): Generate and track purchase orders, ensuring all orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
Courier Booking: Organize and book couriers for deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics solutions.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.
Communication: Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an office environment.
Proficient in Sage software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
