Logistics Administrator We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Logistics Administrator to join our dynamic team in Dublin.
This is a great opportunity to, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily logistics activities.
As a Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for managing logistics operations, which include handling everything from small parcels to oversized pallet deliveries, ensuring that customer service is always at the forefront of operations.
*Own transport essential* Location southwest Dublin Hours 9am to 5.30pm Responsibilities Liaise with customer via email and phone.
Liaise with 3rd party carriers Any operational problems or order queries must be resolved efficiently, and corrective action putin place to avoid repeat incidents Respond in a correct and timely manner to all customer complaints and service failures To produce customer stock reports within the agreed timelines To ensure our internal KPIs are maintained to a satisfactory level Skills Required: Ideally you will have some previous office based customer services experience but this is not essential.
Internal systems training will be provided as appropriate.
