Want to know more about what to expect from a working life in Healthcare21, then click here.Job snapshotIn your role, you will work closely with the logistics team in managing the movement of Assets for customers.As a Logistics Administrator you will work as part of our logistics team supporting our Driver Installers in the field.
You will liaise with HSE customers and end users of equipment.
You will be highly motivated, ambitious, and dedicated to work in a fast-paced role, dealing with queries from customers, service calls / process requests and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries daily.Location: Annacotty, LimerickResponsibilities:Not limited to but will include:Allocation and scheduling of collections and deliveries for Drivers / Installers.Allocation of stock equipment to end user clients.Scheduling collections and deliveries with end user clients.Dealing with customer queries efficiently.Inputting data to dedicated software package.Liaising with internal departments to resolve daily issues.Report writing as required.Ensuring ISO standards, and external Service level agreements are achieved on a consistent basis.Ensure that you comply with risk-assessed policies and procedures relating to IT Security, Health and Safety.Top performers will be/have:Customer focused, with excellent communication skills.A professional telephone manner.Ablility to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment.Strong organisational and time management skills.Problem analysis and problem-solvingAdaptable and capable of working on own initiative.Ability to work effectively with other departments and utilise a team approach to accomplish goals.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Strong administration expertise, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft office.Flexible approach to all areas of the role.The successful candidate will have:A minimum of 2 years relevant experience.A working knowledge of SAP would be desired.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Experience with the Healthcare sector would be advantageous.High level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.What are some of the benefits of working at Healthcare 21?Competitive salary and bonus structure.Lunch allowance.Employee Assistance Program.Pension, Life assurance & Income Protection.Educational Assistance.HC21 training academy.Enhanced annual and life leave.Engagement initiatives.Supportive colleagues to learn from and enjoy company social outings, parties, and events.We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
