As the Warehouse Office Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of my clients warehouse office, ensuring efficient coordination between the warehouse and office teams.
You will be responsible for supervising a small team, managing inventory, processing orders, and maintaining excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the warehouse office team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Manage and coordinate all warehouse administrative tasks, including order processing, inventory management, and data entry.
Oversee the scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound deliveries, liaising with drivers and warehouse staff.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Implement and maintain effective communication channels between the warehouse and other departments.
Monitor performance, provide training, and support team members to achieve operational targets.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, order status, and team performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of health and safety standards within a warehouse setting.
