Job Title:Logistics Office Team Leader Responsible to: Logistics Department Manager (or other approved designate) Responsible for:Office administration & customer service for logistics customers Main Location: Ballyboughal, Co. Dublin Normal Hours:The role requires flexibility throughout operational hours.
Standard working hours will be spread over 08:30-17:30 Monday to Friday.This role will require a need to attend the site outside of normal business hours in line with the business demands.
Duties included but not limited to: Supervise and support the Logistics Administration team in day-to-day duties and activities Gain intimate knowledge of customer needs and ability to provide solutions Monitor the changing needs of the service, liaising with customers and frontline, to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for service improvement and implementation of same Monitor daily and real time performance to maintain service level standards and KPIs Manage key account performance and daily Order processing functions for all logistics customers Attend Customer Review Meetings Manage designated customers daily requirements Support the administrative team in carrying out daily tasks and providing cover as necessary Management of customer complaints, corrective actions and implement preventative actions in line with our business management system Maintain training plan for Dublin Logistics office and on boarding of new staff Support and Lead the data entry team in day-to-day duties and activities as and when required Work closely with Logistics warehouse team to maintain good communication and flow of goods coming in and out.
Ensure all inbound and outbound administration processing is done in line with customer expectations.
Supervise the administration of all cycle counts and stock taking activities as they happen Manage leave and liaise with the dept manager on staff hours Additional Requirements: In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the post-holder may be required to perform other duties assigned by the Company from time to time.
Subject to adequate experience and/or training.
To participate in the annual performance appraisal and objective setting scheme.
