We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Logistics Office Team Leader to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee daily logistics operations, lead the logistics admin team, and ensure strong customer relationships are maintained.
The ideal candidate will focus on meeting KPIs, improving processes, and facilitating smooth communication between teams.
Key Responsibilities: Team Supervision: Lead the Logistics Admin team in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring efficient operations.
Customer Solutions: Understand customer needs and provide tailored, effective solutions.
Service Improvement: Monitor service delivery, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Performance Monitoring: Ensure KPIs and service levels are consistently met.
Key Account Management: Oversee order processing and manage key account performance for logistics clients.
Customer Engagement: Attend review meetings and handle daily customer requirements.
Administrative Support: Assist the admin team and provide cover as required.
Complaint Resolution: Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
Training & Onboarding: Manage staff training and onboarding for new hires.
Warehouse Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication with the warehouse team to support operations.
Inventory Control: Oversee stock counts and inventory management.
Staff Management: Coordinate leave schedules and manage staff hours.
Additional Responsibilities: Complete other tasks as assigned by the company.
Participate in performance appraisals.
Follow company policies, including Health & Safety and Employment.
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity in all interactions.
Foster teamwork and open communication across the business.
