What you need to know Matrix Recruitment are seeking to recruit a Logistics/Trade Administrator for our Client, based in the County Waterford. This is a 12 Month Contract Role. Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Provide daily support to the Company's Traders.Liaise and build relationships with our external Suppliers and Clients.Interact with the Company's Teams.Using our integrated ERP system:Schedule, manifest, and allocate shipment of Trades.Maintain Tracking Reports and Inventory Reports.Maintain and update databases.Produce reports as required.Process and generate Purchase orders and Invoices on Trades.Coordinate and expedite ancillary administration associated with Trades.Initiate communication with internal and external stakeholders – ensuring all queries are dealt with accurately and efficiently.What are we looking for? Personnel must be flexible in their availability, highly motivated, and provide an elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail.A degree in Business or Logistics is desirable but not essential.The candidate will receive both mentoring and suitable training to assist in the role.Apply for this job now by emailing your WORD formatted CV to Rachel.
