Low Value Purchase Card Coordinator

Your new role The LVPC (Low Value Purchase Card) Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting operational efficiencies by managing data entry, overseeing the renewal of health and safety cards, and obtaining necessary personal information ensuring confidentiality at all times .
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
Data Entry Management: - Accurately enter and maintain data in relevant databases and management systems.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
- Generate reports and analyse data to support the business.
Health and Safety Card Renewals: Serve as the primary point of contact for the renewal of health and safety cards.
Monitor expiration dates and coordinate renewal processes to ensure all team members maintain up-to-date certifications.
Liaise with external organisations if required to support the renewal of cards.
Information Gathering: - Obtain and compile necessary information from various sources.
Administrative Support: - Provide administrative support to the L&D team when required, including scheduling, recording and reporting of training.
Communication: - Prepare and distribute communications related to updating of health and safety card renewal What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in data entry and management, with strong attention to in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks written and verbal communication to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
