We are currently looking for an M3 Analyst to join our Central IT Team, based in Ardee Co. Louth.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader in the Beef Sector who is growing the business beyond market expectations, who has People as one of our core strategic pillars. As an M3 Analyst, your duties and tasks will include : Provide 2 nd line technical support - responding to and resolving tickets that are escalated as M3 issues from the IT Helpdesk.
Work with Finance Teams across our Sites to progress ongoing project work, attending meetings, tracking and reporting on these changes Support the Sites understand their requirements.
Use ancillary M3 software (Streamserve, MeC, etc.)
to implement requested changes.
Do routine checks in error programs within M3 to ensure that any unreported issues are dealt with before they become an issue.
Investigate any recurring issues.
Liaise with M3 team on issues, projects, outstanding work, etc.
Work with site FCs to help identify the source of discrepancies in monthly reports and find a solution to fix them.
Maintain the mapping of monthly reports and make changes as required while ensuring nothing is disrupted by the changes.
Review long term project progression and update plans going forward as needed. Key Requirements: High level of technical ability and understanding of IT Systems Previous experience in a similar role, or experience in IT/Finance systems an advantage Ability to coordinate feedback and manage project requirements Understanding the need to identify and implement practical applications as requested by wider team Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Ability to build and maintain relationships Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team Valid clean driving license Flexible and willing to travel Are You Interested?
