M&E BIM Coordinator - DublinAre you a MEP BIM Coordinator with 3+ years previous Revit MEP experience in the construction / building services field.
?This is a permanent role based in DublinOur client is one of Irelands largest MEP Contractors.Use of Building Information Modelling (BIM) software to produce collaborative 3D models and associated drawingsLiaise with BIM Manager, Project Manager, Project Engineer, & Project SupervisorInput model elements with required detail (graphic & data)Monitor/checking if there are any clashes – Producing weekly clash reportsCoordinate and monitor Incoming/shared modelsProduce Images, Drawings as required by Project ManagerBIM modelling and creation using Revit and AutoCADCoordination of mechanical & electrical elements and asset dataProduction of as-built drawings and modelProduction of Asset Information ModelBIM delivery on both live and tender projectsProduce AutoCAD mechanical and electrical schematicsProduce images for reports using BIM rendersAdhering and working in accordance with the company's current Safety Statement and Quality Health and Safety management system including all policies/procedures contained within.Experience with point cloud data advantageous RequirementsMechanical / Electrical Trade background an advantageExcellent IT skills - Revit, Navisworks, MS Office etc.Excellent communication and organisation skills essentialMinimum of 3 years' experience in BIM/Revit/Navisworks essentialExperience in M&E services coordination essentialAbility to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team essentialProven ability to problem solve and resolve coordination issue.PackageSalary €50k - €65k negotiable based on experience.Great career development prospects Health and Wellness programs
